712M Plattform abheben

Hallo Leute

Zu Wartungs und Ausbesserungsarbeiten über den Winter plane ich die Plattform abzuheben.
Die Arbeitsschritte laut ÖBH Doku sind klar; für undokumentierte Stolperfallen bitte ich um Hinweise.

Ja, noch was; wie schwer ist die 712-er Plattform eigentlich ? Ich rechne mit max halbem Fahrzeuggewicht, oder ?

The stripped down platform is not that difficult to remove, you just have to make sure ALL the wiring, hydraulic lines, steering linkages, etc are disconnected, then remove ALL the mounting bolts.
I couldn't tell you exactly how heavy it is, but I have and pneumatic hoist (mounted on an overhead gantry) that is rated to 500 kg and it easily lifts it.......I have lifted my 800 kg milling machine with it but it struggles so the platform is definitely lighter than 800 kg.

Thanks Peter, I have a truck with a bolted on crane tha can lift 1200 kg.
So we should be on the safe side..

G'Day Mate,
I've attached a pic of removing the 718 platform.....You can see how the lifting rig is set up.
It may be of some help to work out where the balance point is roughly.

I'd love to have a workshop like your's. I will be in a barn, trying my best not to set the wooden structure on fire.....

but from the size of the beam you extend between the front and rear set of belts I can tell the weight
